B.E. graduate and NEC Registered Engineer in Electronics, Communication & Information Engineering from Kantipur Engineering College, Tribhuvan University. Published researcher in AR & Computer Vision. Passionate about embedded systems, IoT, and automation.
Sabin Thapa Magar — also known as Er. Sabin Thapa Magar — is a NEC Registered Engineer and B.E. graduate in Electronics, Communication & Information Engineering from Kantipur Engineering College (KEC), affiliated to Tribhuvan University, Nepal, completing the degree in 2025 with First Division.
My academic journey at KEC spanned from 2020 to 2025, where I built a solid foundation across digital systems, communication engineering, embedded systems, antenna design, and industrial automation. My final year major project — a Web-Based AR-Powered Virtual Eyewear Try-On System — was subsequently published in a peer-reviewed international journal, reflecting both its technical depth and research value.
During my degree, I completed hands-on training in Raspberry Pi with IoT and an intensive course on Industrial Automation covering PLC (Siemens & Delta), HMI, and SCADA systems. I competed in robotics events at HEX-2023, YATRA 4.0, and ICT Mela 4.0, building real engineering hardware under pressure in team environments.
I am passionate about bridging academic electronics and real-world applications — whether in embedded hardware, industrial control systems, wireless communication, or AI-assisted technologies.
